Program Accomplishments
Graduation Rate	Percentage of terminees that stayed at least 60 calendar days and completed vocational training and/or obtained a GED or HS diploma while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days (Note: Terminees that obtained a GED or completed vocational training and subsequently left Job Corps because of a Level 1 ZT offense are not credited as graduates)
Former Enrollee Rate	Percentage of terminees that stayed at least 60 calendar days and did not complete vocational training or obtain a GED or HS diploma while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days (Note: Terminees that left Job Corps after 30/45 days because of a Level 1 ZT offense are not credited as former enrollees)
Uncommitted Student Rate	Percentage of terminees that exited Job Corps in fewer than 60 days or that subsequently left Job Corps because of a Level 1 ZT offense, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days
GED/HS Attainment Rate	Percentage of terminees without a GED or HS diploma at entry that obtained either a GED or a HS diploma while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days
High School Diploma Attainment Rate	Percentage of terminees without a GED or HS diploma at entry that obtained a HS diploma while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days
Vocational Completion Rate	Percentage of terminees that completed vocational training while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days
GED/HS & Vocational Comp. Rate	Percentage of terminees without a GED or HS diploma at entry that completed vocational training and obtained either a GED or HS diploma while in Job Corps, excluding Level 1 ZTs during first 30/45 days
